My reason for a 5 Star rating is based on the options available for my storage needs like outside access for a smaller unit. The pricing is reasonable in comparison to other storage companies. Easy access to the unit is great for me. I also like to be able to speak to the helpful manager if I need to.

This place is amazing. The staff is super helpful and very understanding. I've had a storage at one of the huge places and NO THANK YOU. Burnham is way more affordable, nicer,and I like that it's right by the police station. There is some extra feelings of safety in that. I had an issue with my lock (say issue but I mean I lost the dang keys)and the manager helped me by sawing it off himself with this big ol' thing. and it was no easy task at all. I've been there for a few years now and ive had just about every size unit they have.
