EPWI has been a helpful partner in Automotive Parts and Engine Building Supplies. I have been working with them since the 1970's ( Quality Parts Service ) . They do not give prices over the phone to Retail Customers because they are a Wholesale Distributor. Can you buy Watermelons from Fred Meyer Distribution Center ??? Most any auto parts store , like NAPA , can aquire parts from EPWI for you. Thanks NAPA Roger

Rudest staff by far I’ve ever had to deal with, absolutely zero customer service, called multiple times being more than polite and eventually ended up having to ask to speak with the manager and even the manager was extremely rude not only rude but hung up in the middle of the phone call. That’s not how you treat a customer and deal with business. If I could give less than one star I would. JEGS and Summit racing have everything 30-40 percent lower prices than EPWI, don’t waste your time with them

I called to get some product from them. The person that answered the phone just hung up on me when I asked for pricing. I called back to get another person to talk to and they were ruder than the last. Jegs and summit have the same product for 30-40% cheaper. I will never go here agian.

I have never dealt with a business that flat out does not care at all about their products or customers like EPWI. This is the #1 worst place in the market for engine parts. They sell 99% chinese junk that isn’t even close to usable. Then when they sell you a defective part, and return it, they put it right back on the shelf to sell it to the next customer after they tape the boxes back up like nothing is wrong. I’ve had countless trips from Portland to tualatin to exchange defective parts, just to have their counter people tell me there’s nothing wrong with them, and act annoyed that I want a decent product, when they all know very well that the majority of their warehouse is full of junk. This place used to be a great resource for parts, but since the last 2 engine parts houses in Portland have closed, and they have no competition to keep them in check, they have turned into a giant group of dirtbags selling the worst products on the market! Wildly disappointed in what EPWI has turned into!
