Professional Plastics agreed to help me with a custom order. They were easy to work with. Paid for the product up front and was never contacted or informed the product was ready for pick up. I contacted them after some time had passed and was informed it had been ready. I asked them why I was not told it was ready to pick up and I was told I was to blame for not contacting them. The time I needed the product had passed and no longer needed it. I asked for a refund and was denied, even after several emails. I can't attest to the quality of their product, because I never got it even though I paid for it in full.

Vivian is the name of the knowledgeable, courteous rep that I worked with. She was detail oriented, and ensured that my order got in under the gun, reducing wait time on my order. Thanks for the excellent service, Vivian!
