I used their online order option “menufy”. I was charged for a $4.00 cheesecake I did not receive and the one I did receive was a regular cheesecake instead of strawberry like I ordered. If they didn’t have it they could’ve kindly called me and asked if I would still like it. So I had to pay for things I didn’t even want. When I called about this matter I was told I was only charged for one and on their receipt that’s what it showed but on the online receipt I was charged for 2. I asked for a free one on my next order and was laughed at and hung up on. I won’t order from here again.

Charley's in the mall has a better cheesesteak by far. Very disappointed! Fries & pickle fries were soggy as a wet sponge. The cheesesteak we ordered was dry as dirt in a drought. And where the he'll did this orange cheese on the sandwichs come from?? At least the 20 oz sodas and water was right. The difference time makes...

The service is consistently efficient, good character, super nice employees. I will return here again when I get in town.
