I called Harvey’s when my back door lock broke. The tumbler and pins fell out and broke. They asked me to send pics, so they could ensure they had the necessary parts on the truck prior to coming out. They provided an estimated time window and arrived exactly when they said they would. Bill, the locksmith that came to my house, practiced safe Covid protocols and was extremely knowledgeable. He even explained a couple of things about the lock to me. (I asked). Their price for service was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Harvey’s and would use them again.

Had 2 storm doors and an entry door installed. The new doors look great and the installation went well. The doors were not simple installations and the attention to detail was exceptional. Very happy with the work done.

Great experience. My child accidentally locked me out of the house. Called Harvey’s and they came out in a couple of hours and had a new keyless lock placed on my door so that never happens again. So grateful for their quick and excellent service.
