Avoid Sean if you can. He is very rude and when you have a appointment scheduled with him and is not there for the day, he doesn’t let his clients know. Found a much better barbershop that treats their customers with respect.
Used to show up here all the time, then one day I asked the barber Sean for a buzz cut and he smirked rudely. Then, at the end of the haircut I asked him to fade my hair and he looks at his watch and says: “your times up buddy, if you wanted a fade you should’ve asked earlier”. What’s funny is that I already had established that I may of wanted a fade in the beginning, but I wanted to see what my hair would look like without one first. This was several months ago, I’ve never walked out of a place feeling so embarrassed. I’ve never shown up there since and I don’t plan too. If you still insist on going there, I recommend to get someone other then Sean.
Highly recommend this place. Friendly and talented barbers. I go every 3 week and they never disappoint.
I've been coming here for a few months. I used to go to a barber shop in Philadelphia, and I've had a tough time finding a place in the suburbs that holds a candle to the city. Well, Tavani's is the spot. Jess gives me a great cut and shave every time.
Went here based on word of mouth. Nervous since it's my 2nd haircut in 12 years, I normally shave it. I took the first available barber which was Jess, she was down. To earth, she absolutely made my hair cut awesome. Half the experience was talking to Jess as she cut my hair. I left a new person and I'll be back monthly.
