The only real gym in the area. Plenty of weight and great equipment including a reverse hyper which are hard to come by. The barbells are good quality and there is a huge variety of specialty bars as well. The gym is well laid out with plenty of space between equipment. Great place to go if you care about your training. This gym offers a good environment allowing you to train properly and actually make progress. It is also open 24/7 and you can get a day pass if you're only in the area temporarily or live too far for an actual membership.

Raw gym . Feel like I go hardest at this gym . Steve the owner is such a funny and cool guy and down to earth. This is where a Man works out. Also , the women here are stronger than the men at la fitness.

Steve isn’t nearly as curmudgeonly as he pretends to be. Great atmosphere, plenty of tools that can’t be found elsewhere.
