A great team and great coaches. I started coming here about a year and a half ago just for fun, and now I plan to fight in March. This place totally changed my life and I am forever grateful.

Alex Quintella is Delaware County treasure. No matter your skill level, Alex will make you better. A very comfortable atmosphere with lots of great people. This is truly an excellent place to train. Great instruction and a fun environment created by Sensei Alex. I started training here in the spring of 2019 and I'm very glad I did, I only wish I'd started sooner. Thanks for the great times! See you on the mats!

I started training on a regular basis at Quintella in July after participating in the FREE police training offered by Sensei Alex. The hardest part for me was walking in the door. When I tell you that you'll never meet a person as dedicated and humble as Alex Quintella, it's the absolute truth. Not only has he helped me tremendously, he sat with my son and talked about life experiences and reasons for training. Now, my son and I both train multiple times a week and can't thank him enough for making that father/son bond even tighter. What I also love about this place is the people ! Everybody is supportive, eager to learn and willing to help. 5 stars just doesn't do Sensei Alex any justice, we need 10 !
