Angelo's Pizza

Giving two stars because I genuinely like this place. The food is usually good and the delivery is usually pretty quick. However, tonight made me question if I’ll ever go back. I’ve given this place tons of praise in the past but my experience today makes me want to take it all back. I ordered 2 wraps at around 5:30 for delivery, with an estimated delivery between 6-6:10. At 6:25 I called the restaurant to check in, they apologized as they were a little backed up, and said the driver left a few minutes ago and should be there shortly. I called again at 6:40 and again at 6:55 as my order had still not arrived. The man on the phone said they were backed up, which I’m sure they were, but I literally live 7 minutes down the road. He said to call again and ask for Tony and he would “hook me up” - I’m sure he says this to every unsatisfied customer, because he never even asked for my name or information to remember who he’s supposed to be hooking up. Food finally arrived at 7:04pm. Ice cold and soggy. Stuck to the containers because grease had congealed it sat so long. I couldn’t even eat it. I’m saddened because like I said I genuinely like this place. But honestly I don’t know if it’s even worth a second shot. Pizza places are a dime a dozen around here so I might just have to send my business elsewhere.

Love this place.nCheesesteaks are excellent.nSalads good. Pepperoni pizza good. Chicken parm good. Eggplant was a little chewy.nMy favorite is the meatball sandwich. Best beat ball I have ever eaten. Even better than my own. ( it's not too often you hear an Italian woman confess to this).nEmployees all friendly and accommodating.nThey deliver to your car or your home or you can pick up inside.nDefinitely try it.

I'll start off by saying their food is great. They make some of the best pizza around. But there are too many people cooking and too many women working the one register. The owner is constantly yelling at the employees. The delivery drivers are rushed out here. I'm waiting for my order and observing this. If you come in to order the rush you too. I'm not a fan of the work environment here.

There salads are amazing..huge portions and delicious..

Excellent pizza. The Grandma pie is so great that you immediately get your appetite back despite the fact you had to park in front of the Diabetic Foot Center ud83eudd22
