One of the best personal trainers I've had the pleasure of being coached by. Workouts are intense and effective. A little pricer than I was expecting to pay but well worth the investment for anyone that wants to build a solid fitness foundation.

Been working out here for several months now and love it! James is an awesome trainer, love him! I get the kind of challenging workout here that I hate/love - best kind. Also worked out with other trainers, and they are great too! I like that it has a wide age range, great to see young and older alike getting and staying in shape. Very personable friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Supreme health and wellness is an awesome gym to be apart of. The staff is personable and welcoming. They make the gym a great atmosphere to workout in. Each trainer has different styles of working out, making it easier to reach your goals since everyone’s body responds differently to workouts.
