Fitness Yoga Studios

Fitness Yoga Studios is a place that feels like home. The studio is warm and welcoming and there is a wide variety of classes offered.nI completed my teacher training here and it was fantastic. A true community I was glad to find when I moved to New Jersey five years ago.

Laura and her staff have been amazing since I started here about 3 years ago as a true beginner. Throughout the pandemic they have adapted to the ever changing situation. I have enjoyed classes on zoom, outside and in the garage. You can find everything from mellow to challenging. I don’t know what I would do without Fitness Yoga studio!

Fitness Yoga Studios is such a wonderful and safe space! The teachers are so welcoming and encourage you to try new poses and listen to your body. The studio is always super clean and it's fun to meet new people in class each week too!

Fitness yoga is the best yoga studio I've ever been to. The teachers are knowledgeable and helpful and the classes are suited to everyone from beginner to advanced. Im especially grateful that they offer Zoom classes now. It is great to be able to practice yoga from home, especially with young kids.

This studio has been life changing. The teachers are wonderful and I have always felt welcomed in the community they created!!!
