Had a swedish massage with Katie today. It was heavenly!!! All the stress built up from what's going on in the world magically disappeared. Feel like a million $$. It's a must have!!! Beth's salon is immaculate & beautifully renovated!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Not only are all employees highly professional and experts at their craft, they are so upbeat and friendly. Awesome salon.

Sad to say but my experience with Beth's Hair Boutique and Body Spa has to be by far my worst experience and left me very disappointed and with added cost. I do not like to write negatively about salons having use to work in one but that is why I have to. I went to this salon to get my hair trimmed. When I arrived I called to announce that I was outside waiting. The receptionist invited me in and told me to sit and the hairstylist will be with me shortly. Turns out my hair stylist was at the desk waiting and approached me after a few minutes. Not at any point did anyone offer me a water, beverage, or coffee, nothing. I didn’t think anything of it until I saw another stylist do this for her customer. I also felt the environment was very uncomfortable because every time another stylist would walk by it was like I was invisible. I am a new client to the salon but believe this industry should hold customer service to a higher standard especially to those whom are new. I am not expecting any salon to roll out the red carpet but a little common courtesy and a friendly smile can go a long way. Much like the staff’s customer service treatment, the salon itself was cold. I made it clear I wanted to keep my length especially because I mentioned I had a wedding that weekend and the bride was particular about the hairstyles. I had asked my hair stylist to please only trim it and keep my layers. I also made mention that in my blow out I wanted volume and curls, a wavy look, and expressed how much I love curls. To say the least, I left with much shorter straight hair AND BANGS i didnt ask for. When I say bangs I am talking so short that I cannot even put my hair behind my ears. The banter I had with Chris lasted longer than the effort she put into my hair. I thought about trying to get into another salon before the wedding but you can’t “uncut” hair so I had to buy extensions for the wedding and to this day am still upset every time I try to put my hair up in a ponytail or look in the mirror because I am reminded of how much shorter my hair is. I have decided I am not going to be returning to this salon again nor would I recommend. Being over charged $50 for what was supposed to be only a trim is not worth the money nor is it worth the emotional stress. They also do not offer any incentives for new clients. After talking to someone who had been there before she asked if I recieved a new client goodie bag, which I did not. I am hoping this feedback will remind people of the importance on taking care of new customers who are looking for a forever salon.nnAng Tiff S.

Toni is awesome and gets you in and out with a great cut. Shannon at the front desk is always pleasant and professional. Great place.
