This place is nothing short of amazing :)The owner makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive .You will not regret it.This studio utilized all Covid 19 precautions as all CDC recommendations were accommodated.I can’t wait to go back :)

Purchased a Groupon and had a great 30 days of hot yoga! Was intimidated to start off but I tried to experience as many different classes as I could. When I think of the instructors one thing I could feel each and every time is LOVE! The love of fitness, yoga, their own bodies and mental wellness, the students all of it!!!! Genuinely I felt very loved. All of the instructors: Melissa the owner, Shea, Patti, Phil, Cheryl and Emily are amazing. So thank you to all of you. Such a great energy each and every time.nI typically HIIT, distance run, weight train. Yoga was the missing piece and I have found it at Tribe!

When I was in the area visiting my parents, I was in desperate need of a hot yoga studio since I practice at one on Long Island. Right when I stepped in the front door, Melissa, the studio owner, was so welcoming and made me feel at home. I purchased a two week pass, and I thoroughly enjoyed every class I went to. I tried the hip-hop yoga class, the vinyasa class, and the power yoga class. All of the instructors provided such a mindful practice. I really enjoy how each class ended with essential oil. I am looking forward to being back in the area so I can practice at this studio again!

Tribe has been absolutely amazing for me. My body thanks me every time I go to a class. Never have I ever had such an amazing experience working out. I leave feeling strong and rejuvenated. I can’t live without having my weekly sessions on my mat and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The variety of classes are great and the teachers are phenomenal! Everyone is so friendly and it’s such a warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
