Laughing Buddha Hot Yoga

The Laughing Buddha yoga community is amazing. The instructors are wonderful, engaging, and inspirational. The owner, Amy is gracious and innovative; she and her instructors have done so much this year with COVID to keep us motivated and safe. Though it’s not as often as I like, I look forward to my yoga classes at LB. Highly recommend.

I love the Laughing Buddha Yoga studio, the teachers are all AMAZING. The 5am classes are my favorite, look forward to going every day because I know I will be challenged in so many ways ❤ufe0f
