Took me in right away, and the rep was very courteous. Waited in lounge for close to an hour which I thought was a bit long. Car was parked quite a way from service area, would have thought it would be right there waiting. Far as I know everything was done properly

Went to service my vehicle and now regret ever going anywhere else. Polite, timely, transparent and more adjectives than I can come up with right now. Never felt pushed into paying for a service not truly needed and even gave me options when ones were recommended.
