We ordered takeout here for Thanksgiving and loved every bite of it. I highly recommend the crab cakes, stuffed salmon, and any of their soups. Everything I have eaten here has been delicious. I can't wait to go back again.

I've gone here with friends several times now. There again today with a group having a friend's birthday brunch & never fail, it's a good time. Great food, great servers, GREAT manager, Renee is always so welcoming & interactive making sure guests are tended to and happy.nI'd recommend to anyone!

We ate at the Monarch Diner today and it was a very pleasant experience. First off our waitress was phenomenal and that is no exaggeration. Very polite, friendly, helpful and patient when we were taking awhile to order. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I only wish I had caught her name so I could give her the credit she deserves here. As for the food it was good, very fresh, well prepared and tasty no complaints. When in the area we will definitely go back.

I have supported this diner since day 1 and with this pandemic even more so. Well yesterday was my last. I found a hair in my food. This is the 2nd time at this diner that I have had food in my food. It took a while for me to return to give it another try. I quietly asked the waiter to remove my food and take that dish off my bill which he did. When I returned home I emailed the diner to tell them what had taken place because no one from management even approached me about the situation. I stated in the email that I was questioning their sanitizing skills only because of a prior incident a few weeks ago. My husband had left his sunglasses on a chair after dinner. We returned 5 minutes later with the table cleared and ready for the next guest but the sunglasses were still sitting on the chair. If these chairs had been wiped down like they say they do the glasses would have been at the hostess desk. When management replied he stated that he was sure I enjoyed my free cheesecake. WHAT???? I never was offered cheesecake by anyone or was I approached by management for an apology. Instead he put me on blast for stating the restaurant wasn't cleaned properly. He never once apologized for hair in my food. This was unbelievable and I have the emails for anyone that wants to see them. I think offering cheesecake is a common procedure for their behavior. I also told him that the kitchen staff needs to wear hair nets. I have posted the emails on social media for everyone to witness their behavior. They need to go back to management school..
