Jess cuts my hair every 2 weeks. She knows the look I am trying to obtain and she cuts my hair so it looks great. Jess has the best attitude and is knowledgeable about her craft. Customer for life!
They take advantage of new customers. They asked if I was a new customer and I said yes. I went in expecting it to be $19 like it says on their website.nnWithout asking, my stylist gave me a massage and hot towel. I didn’t know it was extra and she never told me it cost extra. I wasn’t trying to spend an extra $10 for a 15 second theragun massage and 1 minute of a hot towel.nnMy haircut was nice but I feel like I was taken advantage of. She knew I had never been there and knew I wouldn’t know those things cost extra. She didn’t ask either. All I wanted was a haircut, very upset.
Got a haircut and beard trimming. I didn't know how to explain wait I wanted but walked out loving my new look. Stacy was amazing and I was in and out in no time. Will definitely go back
