Friendly staff, clean facilities and equipment is very well maintained.

Giant fitness has failed in customer service. The Washington Township location and manager Sara Lowell have failed to correct my billing information after several conversations about their computer system incorrectly billing me then sending me to collections for billing that should have been corrected. This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth on the professionalism, attention to detail, and lack of customer service skills. I will make sure to address this with friends and family that think about going here to ensure they don’t get scammed. Correct your computer system so your customers aren’t being sent to collections for failure on part of the business not the consumer!!!

Really nice gym and not over crowded

It a nice experience but some people didn't cover their nose which defeats the whole purpose of masks
