Not answering the phone calls and when they do never give direct answernLess than a week after i get the car the brakes stop work so i paid to fix it because the didn't want to pay for it and visited there place twice after I purchase the car because I didn't get the title and every time they said the will said it to my or will call to let me know what's going on with it but they never called me back after two months without the title I took the car back at list they gave me money back
this is the same company valeros and 2nd chance auto

Worst customer service ever they don't stand behind their warranty and want to charge you more to fix the problems and the owners never call back when we would talk to the salesmen ,motor went 4 days after my son bought the car, was supposed to be a 50/50 on the repairs, all on me they had it for 2 1/2 weeks got it back trans went 9 days later not their problem they said,myson drove that car a total of 13 days they are very good at a run around going to take them to court !!!!!!!!!!
