I am so glad other have had wonderful experiences after calling the restaurant to alert them to a mistake. Not so much in our case where we received an incorrect order that could not be eaten at all because of an allergy. We called, were promised a correct order without charge, we called a few days later to redeem and were told Nope only $5 off. Sadly they have the best food around I just wish customer service was more consistent. Oh and that they had staff that passed on messages to have the owner call me - because this could have been resolved by now I am sure.

Ordered via grubhub 2 weeks ago from romeos and they forgot to put chicken on my salad. I called the restaurant and the young lady who answered the phone was wonderful. She gave me a credit for a future order. I called again last night for delivery and she applied my credit and was very professional and polite. Delivery was prompt and my salad was delicious.

My salad didn't taste right. I had buffalo chicken salad, it used to be good but they changed the chicken and it was horrible

My orders are always late, and occasionally undercooked, and the girls on the phones seem to always have an attitude.

Ordered 20 piece wings, only received half of them on original order which took about an hour to deliver. After calling in about it, 40 mins later still no second half of order. Will not order from again.
