Well let me first say i was sent there by a co-work. I was vary unhappy and will not be using their services any more. The styles did my retwist but didn't know how to put it in a style. So she gave me two braids going back. Then charge me $70.00. I think they're alot like the Chinese. ONLY WANT THE BLACK DOLLOR WITH NO CARE FOR GOOD SEVICE.
I feel like certain stylists overcharge people when the owner isn't around....I've been going here for some time and the owner charges reasonal prices but when she's not around her staff takes advantage and up charge customers....I don't think I will be returning....Their braiding skills are ok but not worth an up charge
I made an appointment in advance and when I arrived for the appointment they were not in the shop. The door was locked and the barber next door told me they were away at some graduation. I called them and they confirmed that they were gone and said sorry for forgetting. If you had a graduation that day, why did you let me make an appointment to get box braids? So unprofessional, they’re loud, they yell in your ear, and they braid too tight. I’m never going again.
I usually go here often to get a quick hairstyle, and never had a real issue. Never again I will though. Got a sew-in a while ago and didn’t realize till after taking my hair out, the hairdresser CUT some of my natural hair off. Can’t be trusted.
