I had The pleasure of working with Andrew gee, who was absolutely amazing. He was so nice, professional and very understanding. He helped me with any question i had And made sure that i understood every detail of owning my car. He had a great bed side manner and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone!!!!!!!

Great guy car got fixed something happend same day fixing it again for free to help us out great guys great customer service will always choose this place 5 stars hands down best place to come

Horrible experience customer service was horrible I had my car towed there for a flat tire it was dropped off at 4:08 PM at RK Kia and they said that it was dropped off at 4:15 PM and there was no one to work on my vehicle to plug the tire I was not informed no one called me or let me know anything when I called no one had any knowledge of my vehicle or where it was that we had to look for it actually the manager had to call one of the writers to see where my car was. I was also told once I found out my car had not been worked on plug the tire I was told you didn’t even buy your vehicle from here anyway did you whatever that means I had to take my vehicle elsewhere for the tire to be plugged something that’s hug a simple 10 minutes. I’m disgusted with RK Kia and I will take my business elsewhere.

Easily the best experience I have ever had buying a car. A true family dealership. Andrew and the team at RK truly care about you and their high quality service speaks to that. I will go to another dealership to buy a car, these guys are the best!

I went there to get my car serviced and I had to get my brake pads changed and the rotors. I working in nursing and just worked a 16hr shift so I was exhausted. When they said it would take two hours, I couldn't do more than an hour. I was just too tired. So they offered to have two techs to work on my car to get it out faster for me so I could go home and sleep! I was so appreciative and grateful! They took care of my car and even cleaned/sanitized it! They always do a great job, I highly recommend them!! :)
