Justin was a great salesman and got my wife the car she wanted. Even better after we signed our deal he called us up the next day and gave us a better deal as he got the bank to give us a better rate making the car even cheaper. Great experience
Justin is fantastic. He is an awesome guy that shows he cares about your satisfaction. He also makes it aware that he will be available to you if you ever are to need his assistance. I initially worked with a woman named Carrie and she was very kind as well! One star decrease in the overall review because of the one “financial manager” they have staffed. I would include his name but he never introduced himself to us, but instead got right to telling us what they cannot do for us rather than working out a deal. He eventually cracked but his attitude and demeanor was sour. He looked like a miserable guy compared to Justin. I respect him as a person and a salesman since I do understand he has to make his money, but the good cop bad cop style is a bit overplayed in my opinion. The process could have been a lot more simple and more mature. Everyone else is super kind and friendly. Now I will see if my car holds up!
I was very impressed with the salesperson Amy and Finance manager Nick on their professionalism. They were very helpful regarding helping me and my wife on deciding what vehicle I was going to pick and helping with the paperwork an any question that I had. The staff were great and the truck we picked is everything I expected.

I, Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee today 9/25/ 2020. I want to give extra kudos to Carrie. She comedy dated us with all our request and made it happen. Because it almost did not happen the purchase through Vann Dodge because of At incident that happened with their service department especially with one associate named Christine. I was ready to walk out and not even purchase available through Vann Dodge. So like I said kudos excellent service to Carrie for making it all possible. And don't let me forget the sales rep Joe. I am giving the 5 stars and more to Carrie for taking the extra few minutes with me before I was ready to walked on the deal. For all that she does she needs to be RewardednThanks Carrie
