Moe's Southwest Grill

Worst experience! They close at 9:00 and I came at 8:45. They lied and said they were closed when the website clearly says 9. Then when I told the lady that it says 9, she proceeded to lie and say they ran out of food. I clearly could see the workers making other people’s food. This is just very sad that they couldn’t take my order. There was about 5 girls in there so it wouldn’t have taken that long to make.

A pretty good restaurant. No major complaints but they have gotten my order wrong on many occasions and many times overstuff my meals with a specific ingredient (probably to rotate) but overall good.

Twice in two weeksnToday, this has to be the worst burrito I have ever had. Dry with no salsa or sour cream - although I ordered it.nThe girl I picked up from wasn't wearing gloves and handled the top/rim of my drink cup at least 3 times.nnLast week I had a great burrito and pick up we as easier.nFor now I am totally turned off.

I’ve ordered from door dash, I was very surprised with the service as I called prior and asked if they delivered. But the order I received was far from my expectations. It was good, just a lil spicy but overall have a great food experience!

Food is good, and generous portions are given. Only problem is that when I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before arriving the workers said they had nothing. They were nice enough to still make me the burritos though, but I was inside for atleast 15 minutes
