Vito's Pizza

I ordered 4 pizzas from there tonight and one of my pizzas was supposed to be The works without mushrooms, olives, and anchovies. When i got the pizza it was only pepperoni, onions, and green peppers on it. I called the store to let them know and the manager called me a liar and saying d that they know they put everything else on it and i need to open the box and look. I told him i opened the box and looked, hence the reason i knew what was missing. He still argued with me about the pie being correct and i wasn’t looking at it good. I told him i could take a picture and send it but he still kept going on. At this point i became very upset and started yelling back at him. He then said he was going to remake the pie and bring it and that if he sees the pie was correct he’s going to be upset. I told him I’m already upset and that I’ll be here waiting for him. When they got here with the pizza it wasn’t even him, he sent someone else. When the other person saw the pizza he said oh wow it is wrong. I told him yes i know, and i didn’t appreciate the owner calling me a liar. I called the store to get an apology and the manager wouldn’t even get on the phone to apologize, instead he has the lady that work there apologize for him. She offered me a free small pie thinking it was ok. I told her i felt disrespected and that a small pie couldn’t make up for what happened. I told her to let the manager know that i would be posting a review about this experience and that it would be my last time ordering from there. It’s no way an establishment should treat their customers in this manner, especially when i spent $80 on my order.

Besides great food the staff gives you professional service. If there is any question about the order they call you to verify exactly what you would like! The delivery service through GRUBHUB is great, too! Pre-order is the way to go! Always delivered within 5-10 minutes of the requested time!

A fav location for quality pizza. Visited on a Wednesday I think. They have a lot of great reviews for a reason.

Very happy we found a new place with something 4 everyone dinner for 5 and we only spent 40$ probably less if we new about all the deals when we ordered
