Anytime Fitness

I was a member there for four years. During that time the staff was always friendly and willing to help me and answer any questions I had. The environment was always warm and welcoming which helped inspire me to lose weight and stay fit.

Great equipment. Great workout. Very professional

I wish I could leave negative 5 stars. These people are absolutely incredible. I call on the phone and say I’d like to pay my bill, they say it’s fine, I can come in and pay it, it’s $192.60. I drive over there and suddenly it’s $260. Stay away from Anytime fitness at all costs, they will take you for a ride.

Went into the gym in August to cancel my membership. I cancelled... they told me I had to make the payment for the rest of the month so one more payment would come out. OK, fine... I understood one more payment. Then another payment came out of my account in October. I called... and there's no record of my cancellation... so now, I have to go back in and do it again!!! And I am sure they will take yet another payment because I have to finish paying for the month. Unacceptable. Terrible customer service. The manager wanted my paper copy. I don't have mine and when I asked if he has paper copies, the answer was no, and he has no record of it in his computer.

This gym used to be decent due to being the only 24/7 gym in the area; however, this gym is far from good or even decent thesedays. Annual fee, gym is always dirty, old equipment, cancelling is annoying (they make you pay for an extra month that you don't use when you cancel), and the management is poor. This Anytime Fitness establishment is even disgusting when compared to other Anytime Fitness gyms in other states or areas.
