Great place for kids and adults Brazilian jiu jitsu. My daughter is 9 and this has boost her confidence and keeps her healthy. They also have adult boot camps, teen self defense , and strength and conditioning . They also have another location in sea vill Nj.

This was an exceptional place when they were the only BJJ school in Cumberland County and they have grown leaps and bounds since then. The facility is unmatched and Dan and Tara are everything you could ever hope for from an instructor and trainer. Their hard work and dedication is evident in the services and experiences they provide. There is no better place on South Jersey.
