Hands down the best car buying experience EVER.nWe can’t rave enough about our salesman, Julio Reyes, and the finance guy, Jay. Over the course of our years together, we have purchased many cars from new to used and always felt the experience to be quite frankly, exhausting (pun intended). Not this time. There was full transparency. We were also super impressed with the closing time - from final test drive to sign off - under an hour. My husband searched endlessly looking for a truck he loved and couldn’t find it until he came across Lilliston Chrysler online! They had the exact vehicle he wanted. They worked with us over text, phone for hours to solidify the deal we drove there to pick up the truck and Paul Manganaro was greeted us , took us to the truck and explained all the bells and whistles in detail! All of the employees were so nice and welcoming! We are so happy with our decision and Paul was a big part of that! 5 stars from us! Highly recommend :)

I have been to many car dealerships in the past but I must say that this Team was exceptional. Lauren was polite, pleasant and truly listened to the needs of her customers. She was not your typical sale person and she was very knowledgeable on the vehicles in the lot and what would ultimately be the best deal. The finance manager was beyond great and I never felt pressured. They treat you professional and courteous. It truly makes all the difference and my experience was wonderful. If your looking for a car, this business should be at the top of your list. You would not be disappointed.

Excellent service. Love the Express Service for routine maintenance. Work is performed quickly by technicians familiar with my vehicle. I am kept up to date with progress and they have a record of all the work that has ever been done. The waiting room is comfortable and there is always coffee and cookies. They have kept my Journey running in top condition for years.

The first time my husband and I came to Lilliston, we were at our wits end and at the end of our ropes. My husband was just in an car accident which totaled his truck and although it wasn’t his fault, it still left us with our second car which broke down on us while he was on his way to work an hour away. We knew that in order for him to keep his job, we had to have a reliable vehicle. Everywhere we went, we were told that because we didn’t have much of a down payment there was nothing that could be done for us. When we arrived at Lilliston Chrysler, we were greeted by Ian Schneider. We explained our situation and he was eager to help us. We had our eyes on a used vehicle. We were told the information that we needed to start the paperwork so we headed home to retrieve what was needed. Upon our returning, there was a brand new Chrysler 200 waiting or us. We were in disbelief. We couldn’t believe that after a string of so many bad things happening to us, this blessing was about to be driven off of the lot by us. The process was quick and informative. We were so grateful i gave Ian my word that when it was time for us to get a second vehicle or if we knew of someone looking to get a vehicle, that Ian would get our business.nnYears later i was diagnosed with stage four colon, liver, and lung cancer. My job let me go and things started getting difficult financially to say the least. Everything that could have gone wrong did but by the grace of God, we were able to get back on track and things got better. We were ready for our second vehicle so back to Ian we went. I must say that when we arrived, we were greeted by multiple salesman (in a non-agressive way). Everyone was helpful kind, and informative. We had our eyes on a dark orange Jeep Renegade. Once again the man worked his magic and we were blessed again with our second vehicle. On top of it all, i was tapped on my shoulder and told the my payment had been reduced by an additional sixty dollars. Every experience we’ve had with Lilliston has been great to say the least. From the both of us, we sincerely thank Ian Schneider and the crew at Lilliston Chrysler for the professionalism, kindness, and dedication to helping us in these difficult times. My husband can now get to his doctors appointments without worrying about me having to miss work. Now we can continue to battle this cancer with the sole intention on kicking the living **** out of it. Lilliston will forever have our business.
