I've ordered a sub from here plenty of times, and each time the flavor and toastuness of the subs are awesome. I know plenty of the staff there as well, and each one is very kind to the customers and outgoing to boot! This is the first time that I tried Firehouse subs. I usually go to Jersey Mike's or Subway. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of these sandwiches. I will be back to Firehouse subs.
Great food, great customer service and they did a great job at keeping the area where you pay clean.
It was our 1st time there, they asked if we wanted pickles on the side, we both replied yes, also ordered a brownie & donated to our 1st responders too. We didn't get our pickles they offered us nor did we get our brownie that we paid for. Which was an extremely uncalled for mistake when we were the ONLY customers in the store at that time!!! We saw about 5 workers in there, we were the only customers & they got our order wrong?! We couldn't go in to get our pickles & brownie because we were out of town for work, already sick in traffic miles away by the time we looked in the bag & realized they didn't give those items to us. Not a great 1st impression from this location.
If I could rate 15 stars, I would!!!! Amazing staff! Amazing food! Brand new customer is now a loyal customer! (Honestly, waaaaay better than subway!!!) Loved the atmosphere! I can't say enough good things about them! Come and see for yourself!
