Jaggers Point Campground

This is Parvin State Park. Always fun to camp there.

Parvin State Park has been part of my entire life since I am local. Camping, swimming, hiking, walking dogs; it is a laid back State Park with lots to do and very inexpensive. Nature, the lake, hiking and bike paths, benches, Gazebos, fishing. No fee to park or walk through the trails. Great place, great times, good memories.

The showers need serious updating. The floors are not kept well. Dirt, lifting and cracking floors and the shower water is scalding. The toilets and sinks are clean.

Great camping. Recently remodeled bathrooms, with hot showers. They were clean Friday, and by Sunday morning they were still ok. It was busy but ok. Camping sites are huge. We had 4 families and ended up only using two camping sites despite having reserved 4. Great place for a run, kids riding bikes, lake fishing and camping.nThere is a playground by the water side.nNone of the campsites have a lake view, so don't worry about renting the spots by the lake. The spots in the back are as good as the ones by the lake. I wish we had brought kayaks or a canoe.
