Food was hot,fresh and delicious. The drive thru was very fast no complaints from me

Ordered online at 3:30pm for a pick up at 5:45pm, arrived and my order was not ready, had to wait another hour for my food, to get an incomplete order. Very disappointed ud83dude1e What is the point of the app?

How can you be out of chicken related products when all you sell is chicken? FYI, when you get down to last couple of items how about making more before you are completely out. I just left there after being told that there would be a 28 minutes wait for a chicken pot pie, that's ridiculous. You do realize that most people only have a half an hour for lunch.

How can you tell someone you sold out if you dont know what the customer wants LOL. I work fast food myself and we never tell someone who hasnt ordered were sold out that just a employee being lazy. I saw a work literally just standing in the kitchen looking lost. Lucky zero stars isnt a thing on google. At the time of postong this we just left.
