Unfortunately, the keys didn't work on my door but they responded, immediately, to my e-mail and credit is to be issued to my credit card. I appreciate their quick service.

We went to our local locksmith and they couldn't make the key. They didn't have the blank to make my gas key. Thanks to you guys we have a spare key now that works very well. I will use you again. Thanks

Worked like a charm. So easy to get the key duplicated.

I needed two different padlock keys copied, both of them Master locks, the most common padlock made. The computer stated that this was an unusual key, and that most locksmiths don't even carry this key. EVERY locksmith has this blank key! Even Fred Meyer had this blank key! It was a waste of a trip considering they specifically advertise themselves as having padlock keys
