My son bought a Mini Cooper from here. We live in Knoxville Tn so we bought the car sight unseen and trusted our sales person Gary to guide us and be our eyes for us. Knocked out of the park! Car was excatly how Gary described it and he took pics of everything we ask him to and sent us . He guided us through the process of buying a car from out of state and made it simple. I highly recommend Gary and Bob Novick dealership!

Just picked up this beautiful 2020 Bighorn lifted with all the bells and whistles at Bob Novick . The process was super easy and fast with the new Covid restrictions. All negotiations where done over the phone, staff was great to work with. At pick up all paper work was ready and waiting in the front seat of a freshly sanitized truck. All we had to do was sign with fresh sealed pens and hand over the paperwork. Quickest purchase I have ever made.

Having been Jeep owners for over three decades, the recent state shutdown of “non-essential” businesses made buying a new Jeep challenging for my Mom. Back in February, she test drove a few models of Jeeps, as well a Honda CR-V, and decided she liked the Compass Latitude best. My Mom is turning 75 in June, and she had a list of amenities she wanted for her new vehicle, to make her feel safe, and add convenience.nAs her daughter, she spoke to me at length about her finances, and her requirements, so I offered to do the foot work for her, and did some research online. We narrowed our search to two vehicles, at two different dealerships. The preferred vehicle had an additional package with a motorized driver seat, which was something she really wanted, but the price was $2k more.nThis brought us to a few hundred dollars just below our budget, and it was a tough decision. It was a lot of money for a simple convenience, so we had to consider the fully manual seat.nYou see, if we could save the money, we could use it towards my rent, I have been quarantined here with my Mom since mid March, and have yet to successfully receive unemployment. I am a Chef in NYC. Even if my landlord waives my rent for a month, I have to pay it in full before August.nI am 44 years old, and single, so having to ask my Mom to help with my rent crushes my soul.nWe had resigned to buying the cheaper car, and using the savings to support myself until I get back to work. (Hopefully in June).nThen, Scott Novick called and said they were able to apply another rebate to the price of their vehicle, and get the price within a few hundred dollars of the other model. (We were on our way to the other dealership when he called us, so we pulled over to sort it out.) Within a couple hours, Mom had the Jeep she wanted, and we had a little extra money left to pay my bills.nScott was friendly, helpful, and kind. The social distancing rules meant we had limited interaction in person, mostly on the phone, and through the large glass windows of the dealership. He made an awkward experience, much less so, and eased our minds in this unknown time. When I go back to NY in a few weeks, I am confident my Mom is in good hands.

Stopped to look at a car, was greeted by Scott Novick. Very pleasant and informative. Spent about an hour with us. Didn't purchase anything yet, but will stop back soon. Felt comfortable talking to Scott. Didn't feel pressured at all.

Asked for a simple lease quote which i have gotten from many dealers with minimal personal information given from me. I am doing a lot of shopping around so i don’t want to give each dealer crucial info. When I asked a saleswoman here I was told I MUST fill out a credit application before I could receive any numbers.nnWhen I said I just wanted a quote, something I have received from countless other dealers with sometimes as little as my first name and email, I received a rude response that basically said “yeah yeah i heard you, you’ve gotten quotes from other dealers, please call me when you’re serious about getting a car”. I am serious, hence getting quotes from As many dealers I could. Then I was told that filling out the credit report is for MY protection, to protect me from fraud. As if me submitting additional PERSONAL information over the internet will somehow give me an extra layer of identity theft prevention versus not putting any info out there at all.nnIm not sure if dealers get extra money from the bank/manufacturer for having a certain amount of credit checks filled out per month, but the obvious lying and rudeness turned me off from this dealer. And I’d suggest you do the same.nnI don’t like to deal with people who start off a simplenRequest like a price quote off with lies and attempted manipulation
