No one wants to be in a scenario where they need to hire counsel. But if you find yourself in this position, I highly recommend retaining Krista Mancuso.nShe has been wonderful to work with and made a rather painful situation easy to navigate. She let me know what rights I had, what success AND limitations I could expect during a divorce with children. She listens, she engages, she has your best interest with realistic outcomes in mind. She knows what she is doing, she is respectful, professional and gets right down to business. You want her on your side.nIf I ever have the need to hire counsel again in the future, she will be the first person I contact to represent me, my children and my case.

I met Krista at a very trivial time. She helped me gain more confidence. She is a straight shooter, and very detail oriented. I found her by luck. I am truly satisfied with her amazing work. Financially I wasn't ready to even hire any legal help, she is truly understanding and helpful in this matter as well. I highly recommend Krista if you are seeking help in the family court, she will certainly prove she is the hired gun you need.

Krista is the type of attorney who will fight for your holistic well-being in a divorce, not just your pocket book. From my experience, most lawyers will do things to increase your billable hours, or steer you in a direction that will maximize their fees because thats what our system incentivizes them to do. From my experience with her, I can say she is the complete opposite of that. She is genuine and honest which are rare qualities to find in a divorce lawyer. Can't recommend her enough.

My divorce was very complex because my wife and I disagreed almost on everything. After meeting more than one attorney, I decided to hire Krista. She is professional and she was able to stand up for my interest in all circumstances. She was creative and communicate tirelessly with the opposing counsel to narrow the disagreement before the trial. I highly recommend her to a friend or anyone needs a divorce lawyer.
