Always clean. Friendly staff. Lots of equipement

The classes push you (in the best way) to do more than you think you can. They’re fun and you work hard at the same time. I’m always glad I went, even when I didn’t want to get up and go. One of the instructors,Cheryl, is amazing. She helps, motivates, and guides no matter what level of fitness you are in.

It needs to be deeply cleaned!! They should have someone there cleaning it daily and The machines are old and it needs to updated. For the high price they charge, it should be a lot better than what it is.

I can’t say enough about this gym! This gym is my family and my home away from home. The motivation the instructors bring to each class is extraordinary. I’m always greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I feel fabulous every time I’m finished my workout. Both establishments are very clean. Love the new atmosphere at Mfit. Cheryl’s classes are the best! She does such a great job showing each exercise with multiple ways of doing each for every level of fitness. Her energy is amazing and makes each class fun!
