Lots of gear. Mostly CrossFit stuff, but still lots of things you can do in traditional lifting. $12 daily rate. I only went when I was on vacation, but I would definitely recommend this place if you’re doing the same. If you like CrossFit, this looks like a great place as it was constantly flowing wig people.
Awesome gym with more than enough things you need. Paul that works there is very helpful.
Super friendly staff and motivating environment...ill definitely continue to go.
