The Beach At Strathmere

The beach is deep enough even at high tide, to hold plenty of people while spaced comfortably and safely. You may even see the occasional porpoise close to the shoreline. Town is quaint with just a few shops and restaurants. If you want more than the simple life with a fine beach you'd have to go elsewhere like Ocean city and Wildwood.

Average Jersey Beach, its a public beach so you don't need tags. Good place to take the family for a little beach day. There's no boardwalk but right down the road is Sea Isle and its shops, the other way is Ocean City.

It’s a great beach because the parking is free and you don’t need beach tags, but watch out for flies! They were eating us alive. Not sure why - maybe a certain wind - internet says they’re worst in July - but it did put a damper. But not crowded and pretty chill beach otherwise.

It's free to park and free to go on the beach. The beach itself is very well kept too, and not too crowded. Just watch out for Greenback Flies if the wind is coming from onshore.

Quiet beach for the most part. Have gone almost every week.
