He was court appointed guardian for my mom who had dementia and repeatedly failed to report a man who was committing elder abuse. My mom had dementia and lawyers are mandatory reporters. The man repeatedly tried commit financial abuse by having my mom sign papers and even kidnapped her from the Assisted Living Facility where she resided - Michael Slominski did not report any of these incidents to the proper authorities. The Oregon Bar association fails to make lawyers follow the law and be mandatory reporters.
