Great place nice visit!
You own it not renting it... no seasonal fee here...you buy it and pay your taxes.. maintenance and utilities...Great People live there
Nice little hidden Campground that you own and pay tax on your site you have to wheel and deal with old owners you are only 15 minutes from Ocean City and it is very clean and not a lot of noise there's a few captains on each block that are wannabe cops they were probably bullied during High School so you have to stick to some BS rules but it's a nice family place family not hey weekends drinking fun place strictly family there's a lot of jealousy with people that don't have friends good luck
We love it here. Quiet, friendly, and close to the beach. Great restaurants in the area.
