- COVID process needs improvement. Ordered via phone, showed up at 20 minute mark as told, paid, received part of order, pizza wasn't ready so told to wait outside. After an additional 19 minutes, on my own initiative, I asked whether I should be concerned. Turns out they gave my pizza away. No discount provided for inconvenience. Process needs improvement - don't give customers part of a hot order and tell them to wait, give them a full order hot when ready. When an order is full ready, create an exchange - customer gives receipt and vendor provides product.n- Greeter outside doesn't keep menus at the ready and has to go inside each time a new customer shows up and wants to order something.n- Ordering process is limited to one person per party in store yet ~50% of multiple person parties ignored the requirement.n- Nothing out front to indicate order by slice not available - customers waited in line to find out at the cash register.

We love Randazzos. We have been eating there for over 10 years and always had great service and wonderful meals.
