Ike's Famous Crabcakes

A little sea food paradise on the Ocean City boardwalk. Tried the fried monster clam strips, calamari, lobster blisque - all delicious.nnBut the cherry on the top was the crab cake - the waitress would always recommend it & you'll know why. It was soft, creamy & subtly flavoured.nnThe hospitality of the staff is commendable.

Food was horrible. Me and my 2 friends ordered grilled shrimp which was disgusting to them. And I ordered an cod fish tacos with fried shrimp and bothered orders were nasty (mind you the orders came up to almost $90). We took the food back just for them to tell me because I didn’t bring the platter back I couldn’t get a refund. I even showed a picture of the food on the ground waiting for the seagulls to eat it. She had the nerve to tell me “ you could have put it there to take the picture then picked it back up. That was the most disgusting thing I’ve heard why in the actual f would I put my food on the ground in between trash just to pick it back up to eat it. So my friend bought her platter back which I paid for with my debit card. She insured us that my money will be placed back on the card and I have yet to receive my money. Moral of the story the food was gross and customer service sucked I will never eat there ever again.

Ordered their tuna bites (seared) and they came out over cooked and dry, almost felt like I was eating a piece of steak.nnI also ordered their soft shell crab dinner. It came out slightly under cooked where the batter was still wet/gooey. The batter they used had no flavor what so ever and tasted very bland

Everything at Ike’s is soooo good! It has always been my family’s go-to for real, delicious seafood. The staff is always so warm and friendly and they provide excellent service. You will not be disappointed!

Crabcakes were more delicious each bite and service was very easy and fast. Would recommend the fried (or cocktail style) jumbo shrimp too! My family and I will definitely come back for years :)
