Italian Kitchen Express

Upon seeing good reviews, we decided to order here for dinner on our stay on vacation. The first thing I want to note is that Italian Express clearly does not care about the health safety of others as no workers here wore an mask, as well as not requiring anyone picking up food to wear one either. The second thing is their price is falsely advertised on fb and on their website. It’s an dollar more for everything, comparing the prices to the receipt and what’s online. The mozzarella sticks were not good, and our main dishes did not taste good either. The crab and shrimp sauce for my dish tasted like pre made sauce that Chinese restaurants used for their seafood dishes, and the hot seasoning flavor for the pasta dish just made jusf very overwhelming and unbearable to eat. Needless to say, we only ate an little bit of our food then threw the rest out. The only good part of the meal was the garlic knots and the canollis were okay. They did give large portions for the meals but other then that; the food and safety of others lacks. Italian is my favorite type of food to eat, so I know good Italian when I eat an meal. Plus my area has a lot of REAL authentic Italian places and this cannot even compare....I don’t recommend this place. The canollis and garlic knots were good but that’s it. I really wouldn’t recommend this place, and the fact the owner and employeesndon’t care about the safety of others just does it.

Dry fried chicken is DELICIOUS! Believe the hype. The sauce delivers with a perfect balance between salty and sweet, and the wings are a good size. Do not attempt to call for a take out order if you do not speak Cantonese. We had to place our order at the restaurant. They were ready in 10 minutes. Next we'll order the dry fried shrimp.

Blandest food! We spent $110.43 for bad food. We ordered 3 sets of wings, 2 buffalo and one garlic and oil. Bland! The wings had no flavor. The buffalo sauce helped but the meat was unflavored. The garlic and oil was the worst. And it was floating in oil. Too much oil. The pizza was bland. How? Crust was bland and the cheese was flavorless. How? There was a pop of basil which helped... But it was bland. The salad portion was small for 9.95. It was meatless so I don't know why such a small salad cost so much. I asked for salt and pepper on the fries... They didn't do it and didn't send any on the side. Also... They cut us short on our wings, when I called to ask they said they cut back on the amounts, but the menu said 10 for 10.95. We got 8 for 10.95. And they ran out of celery. Never ordering there again.

WOW- Tonight we ordered Italian Kitchen Express around 8:30pm. We are so impressed all around! The counter staff assisting were so friendly and helpful! The food itself has blown us away! Very flavorful! The quality, price, & quantity was a great surprise too. We are first time customers and will definitely be back! Thank you for giving us a great dinner while on vacation!! 10/10

Excellent authentic Italian food! Very big portions & very affordable. A dinner meal at $15 with salad & garlic knots! Very nice staff & owners! I wish i could give this place more than 5 stars!!
