Was my therapist and she was very personable, very professional and was very attentive to all my problem spots. She had her work cut out for her by taking me on but she did an amazing job. First time ever being in here but today it was absolutely awesome, i received the intergrared therapeutic massage, and the wand which was very cool and some cupping which was different but relaxing. I will most definitely be back I still feel amazing! Anne did an excellent job !

As a competitive athlete I've traveled a good deal. I'm a strong believer in the recuperative powers of massage - especially as one ages. As such I've had many on several different continents and hemispheres. Sunstone Massage & Wellness is a hidden gem on the barrier island of Avalon / Stone Harbor off the southern New Jersey coast. It's a bit north of Cape May. The quality of an effective massage lies in the hands of the therapist. Kathy Sexton is one of the best that I've encountered. I highly recommend her and Sunstone Massage.
