Just a little bit more class would’ve gone a long way..
Every one at the salon is great. They go out of their way to make sure your experience is great and your safety maintained.
I’ve been here a couple of times with my aunt . They seemed pretty good , they are great with SOME haircuts but one if the lady’s does not know what a V hair cut is and I even tried getting blonde hair before and showed them a picture of what I wanted for a better example and they refused Because I had ONE layer of black hair dye and said they would only be able to achieve orange . That is just pure laziness. So I decided to do it myself, I got a box of color oops and took the dye out and bleached my hair ONCE and it was very light blonde and I toned it all by myself . Also my hair is still very soft and healthy. So I don’t get why they told me they couldn’t do it, i must know more about hair then them.
Michelle keeps me looking professional and civilized.
This is the second time I had issues with this place. First I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But, today is the last time I will even try this place. Call for a color and they said they had a 2:00 pm. I show up and they have me down for a shampoo. Then tell me they have appointments tomorrow. I tell them I have to be on call for work and that will not work. After looking at there book for two minutes and not a word. I decided I’m leaving. Just horrible, not even we are sorry for the inconvenience.
