So I went here because I cut my own hair and wanted to get it fix an highlighted omg when I got home an my hair was completely dry it was yellow when I wanted caramel n black highlights ...!!! So when i straightened my hair ...!!! OMG IT WAS WORST THEN WHEN I DID IT MYSELF !!!!!! Just chopped sooo wrongs!!!! I trued to call left messages and nothing showed up no one opened the door never again after spending almost 300 dollar which included 2 hair products and a lotion .!!!! Never again.!!!!
They took me as a walk in and made me look and feel like family!
Always great service. I can't wait for them to do my hair on Saturday for my wedding.. Highly recommend. This is from my hair trial. Absolutely beautiful.
My very experienced hair stylist wife went there to get her hair colored because its tough to do her own hair (shes done it many times before, but it's a pain in the butt) and the stylist colored her hair orange! (No, it wasnt supposed to be orange and she didnt notice it until she got home because it was so dim there). We called them for a refund for the hack coloring job and was told no. So basically, if you go here, they dont care about your satisfaction or the quality of their work. I'd stay AWAY!nnAlso, I would bet all the good reviews are just from family and friends....or they're all colorblind.
