Great stylist Taylor. My curls lasted three days! Definitely get the extra vanilla conditioner. So yummy!

Apparently the owner does not care about poor reviews or providing quality service. I wish I had read all of the reviews before going in to this salon. What a huge waste of my time and money. and Just know The salon owner does not care if the stylists rip you off.

What a mess this place is. Scheduled days in advance and 10 min before my appointment they called to say nobody can do my hair. Leaving town for a wedding. Real awesome guys.

First, I want to say I hate writing negative reviews. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and figure most people are doing their best. But I had an appointment at Blowout last weekend, and it was my first and last time in.nnI was running about 2 minutes late due to a wrong turn, so I tried to call out of courtesy. Nobody answered the phone. No problem. I got there pretty quickly and was greeted by another person who said the gal helping me was running behind and would be with me in about 10 minutes. Again, no problem. So, I took a seat and waited while she finished up with her client. And I waited. And waited.nnShe herself never acknowledged me. I'm not an impatient person, but I was getting increasingly irritated as I sat there for OVER AN HOUR. There was no hello, no apology, no letting me know they're wrapping up. Nothing. In the meantime, I'd had to call and reschedule another appointment I'd made that afternoon.nnWhen they finally finished up, still nothing. I had to walk up to the register and approach her after she rang up the previous client. I said I'd had an appointment set an hour ago. Again, no apology. She sounded like she was aware of my appointment, but said the last person just ran really long, and would I rather reschedule? Otherwise, she would still take me. It almost sounded like she was doing me a favor by not making me reschedule, even after I'd waited that long.nnHonestly, if I didn't have a certificate to use, I would've walked out long before, but it was the only time I could work this into my schedule. So, I stayed and got my lashes done. She did a good job on those, but I can't justify going back someplace where my time and business are so undervalued. I felt very disrespected.nnAs a side note, they have apparently moved to a service charge model rather than tipping, so I wonder if this has impacted the level of service. If you're guaranteed 18% already, why bother?
