A great experience overall. Colin Lally the sales man was very attentive and patient with us. He made sure that we were fully satisfied with the entire transaction. We are very happy with our new truck.
My wife went to get some warranty work done on her car. They called her to tell her the spark plugs and coil pack was rusty. Asked her if she wanted to do the work. She asked why it could run rough. But it's not running rough now. We decided not to do it at this time. I was going to do the plugs myself. The car started to run rough after she picked up the car. I got a chance to do the work about a week later. Pulled the cover removed the bolts from the coil pack went to lift it. Man that's coming up easy. Because it was broken not rusty. The mechanic that did the job broke it. Called the service manager told him what happened . He blamed me for it. Told me he would call back still waiting. Call today the general manager told him what happened. He called back with I'll give you an oil change. Which is not even close to the cost of the part they broke.
Will definitely return when looking for a newer vehicle, they made it so easy no bartering involved. What a great experience!!!

The team is courteous and very professional. The turn around time for the repair being made was much quicker than expected.
