I count myself so fortunate to live just minutes from Cem fit. This is quickly becoming a most inspiring space for me- I feel mentally and emotionally calmer when I leave my resistance training sessions and that is what I seek to accomplish in addition to increasing my general badassery. These folks live and breathe the fit lifestyle, know what they are doing and are truly passionate about helping people manifest changes they wish to see within self, increase body confidence through strength, flexibility, and balance.
