Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

We tried the Concert Reese's mudslide, Concrete cookies and cream, and the frozen custard twist. Excellent. It would've been 5 stars if they had social distancing lines on the ground and if they took plastic (it was cash only).

Poor service. Rude person managing the queue. We left even before ordering. Went across the road and had great ice cream from a family run business with much better service. Avoidable.

Great custard, fantastic view of the ocean.

Rita’s has very good desserts, Italian Ice and frozen custard, however I was not impressed by their service. I ordered a sidekick sundae and it didn’t have the brownie it was supposed to include, they forgot one of my toppings, and they gave my friend only half the whipped cream I had and she was not included with a brownie or a cherry. Overall, our experience was not enjoyable and did not meet our satisfactions. I do not think our sundaes were worthy of $6.39 each.
