CrossFit BYB

Dropped in for the 0900 workout while staying in the area. Everybody was very welcoming and the coach introduced me to the group right away. I felt like a member of the team from the beginning. Great programming and huge equipment selection. I imagine that working out here regularly stays interesting and variable long term. I definitely would recommend them to anyone interested in trying CrossFit.nnAs an added bonus I was offered a discount on the drop in for being a first responder, which was incredibly kind. Of course I had to buy a hat to contribute something and represent this place! I will definitely return next time I’m in the area.

Dropped in while visiting the area, had a great workout, and the community was very welcoming. Everyone introduced themselves and Jared was very sweet. He is also very very good looking so it’s great motivation! Competitive pricing as well! Week pass for visitors too! Big open gym and plenty of space. Nice facilities and equipment!

I dropped by this box over the holidays and was really impressed with the friendliness of the owners and members. GREAT facility that is conveniently located with tons of equipment, coaches are super involved and the workout was awesome. I look forward to visiting again and would DEFINITELY recommend this box to anyone looking for a crossfit gym in the Portland metro area.

Went there for the first time 12/18/15 and I was impressed. The coach was very attentive and helpful. The other people working out were very encouraging and the atmosphere was very friendly. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to get started into a healthy lifestyle.

I thought my strength and performance had peaked until I joined BYB. To my surprise, my physical and mental improvements were noticeable after one month and multiplied every subsequent month. Crossfit BYB is much more than a place to get and be fit, and I believe the coaching and community at BYB cannot be monetized.
